  • ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 8PM PST USUALLY SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Priority Mail usually arrives within 5 postal days; Express Mail usually arrives the next postal day.


  • Warranties
  • UNLIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY: Just send your damaged watch and a note with the problem and your return address to us at: Monji Warranties, Att: Sylvia Rivera, 1300 Saratoga Ave. Suite 1512, Ventura, CA 93003. We will either repair your damaged watch or send you a replacement. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your Monji watch to arrive.


  • Return Policy
  • If you are not completely happy, send your watch back to us at Monji Returns, Att: Sylvia Rivera, 1300 Saratoga Ave. Suite 1512, Ventura, CA 93003, within 90 days of purchase. Please e-mail us your return shipping confirmation number AND the refund recipients name and address. We will then send a full refund check (less shipping) as you direct (if this is a gift purchase, this process allows your gift recipient to then purchase a gift of their own choosing).
